We recommend requesting your quote 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially during spring and summer peak weekend dates. However, we do accept short-notice requests subject to equipment availability!

What surface can a bounce house or water slide be set up on?

Accepted Answer

Flat grass is best because it allows secure grounding stakes. We can also set up on clean concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf using heavy sandbag ballast. Please specify your surface type on the quote form.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period covers your party duration up to a full day! We deliver and set up early before your event starts and pick up after the celebration finishes.

Are your inflatables clean and sanitized?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every single bounce house, water slide, and combo unit is thoroughly washed, disinfected, and inspected before delivery and after pickup using non-toxic child-safe cleaners.

What power source is needed for the air blowers?

Accepted Answer

Each inflatable requires one standard 110V household electrical outlet within 50 feet. If your event is at a public park without power, a generator will be required.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

Accepted Answer

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, heavy rain, or high winds exceeding 15-20 mph, outdoor inflatables cannot be operated safely. We work with you to reschedule or adjust arrangements.

Do you supply the water hose for water slides?

The customer provides a standard garden hose that reaches the setup location. Our crew connects your hose to the water slide's top misting spray system.
